I've spent 15+ years working in marketing, operations and business leadership. I've led teams, built processes from scratch and figured out how to make things work when the old way isn't cutting it anymore.
Now I bring that experience to organizations that need a little more structure, a fresh perspective or an extra set of experienced hands.

We'll start by figuring out what's working, what's not and what needs to change. From there, I'll help you put the right processes, people and plans in place.
Sometimes that means helping you take a step back to see the whole field. Other times, it means getting into the weeds with your team and working alongside them to move the ball forward.

I've led operations, strategy, and execution for 15+ years across agencies, media companies, and nonprofits. Here's some of what that's looked like:
